Yes! Our WiFi is accessible around our Centre and is completely free of charge. Simply search for our network, sign up and get browsing!
No, we don’t have a cash machine on site. The nearest one is just across the road at Asda.
Unfortunately, our car park does not have any electric vehicle charging points on site. The nearest points are along the promenade near the North Euston Hotel, just a short drive from the centre.

Yes, non-motorised wheelchairs are available to hire from our Security Office. For the security office, enter the centre and turn right past the toilets.
The centre is fully accessible for visitors. You’ll find accessible parking spaces close to the front entrance and we have ramped access into the mall.
There are no steps to negotiate around the centre and all stores are accessed on ground level, except for Sports Direct, who provide a lift for customer use.
Captain Cod’s Club House is free of charge and is open from 10am to 3pm on a Monday to Saturday and 11am to 3pm on Sundays.
On sunnier days, children can take advantage of our outdoor climbing & play area, located directly outside the soft play area.
Please note that this soft play area is unmanned and is purely for the use of under 5’s, who must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
On event days Captain Cod’s Club House may be closed to allow the event to take place.

We offer discounts for groups of 12 or more, including a high street voucher for the driver.
On a weekday, please book with us 1 hour prior to arrival. Weekend group visits require booking 1 week prior. On arrival, please speak to the security office who will provide vouchers for your group. Our booking form can be found here.

The Little Cod’s Club is a free kids club that runs on the LAST SATURDAY of every month in Captain Cod’s Club House. Each month we follow a new theme to enjoy fun, games and creative crafts designed to enhance creativity, fine motor skills and self-esteem.
This is a supervised event, offering families a free membership each month, bringing the community together to express their creativity, make new friends, create memories and take a home a treat! Simply come along to join in the fun.
