The Healthier Fleetwood initiative which was set up in Summer 2016 to positively address issues affecting the long-term health and wellbeing of those living in the Town.

They provide a forum for ideas to emerge from the Community, CONNECTING residents and encouraging them to take CONTROL of their health and wellbeing, and by growing in self-CONFIDENCE to lead healthier and happier lives.

Their Wellbeing & Community information Centre is based here, at Affinity Lancashire, giving a great point of contact for the community and a ‘shop window’ to share the great things happening in and around Fleetwood
