Make a purchase at any store* at the centre to get an entry form to win the vouchers to spend at Affinity Lancashire. There is no minimum spend required and no maximum on the number of entries you can have. The more you shop, the more chances you have to win!
Simply post your entry slips into the entry box which will be located at the front of the centre.
