We were so pleased to hear that the historic Lancashire ferry connecting the rural communities of Knott End, Pilling and Preesall with Fleetwood has been saved.
The route, which dates back to 1841, received £80,000 in extra funding at a meeting of Lancashire County Council’s cabinet meaning that the service will be kept afloat!
What great news for Affinity Lancashire as we’re only a short walk from the Fleetwood ferry terminal!
